We are thrilled to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Cool Springs Salon Services. My name is Amber Rosser, and yes, I pulled a Dixie Chicks 'Wide Open Spaces' move and headed west 15 years ago. I've been living in south Orange County California and traveling the world. I'm now happy to say that your little girl has returned... but now I'm all grown up and bringing my extensive knowledge of our industry straight to you! Also, life is no fun when traveling alone so, I'd like to introduce you to my partner Roy Hurley. He's a spitfire from London with over 40 years of distribution and manufacturing. Y'all are gonna love him! Once we have our wits about us we are gonna do ride alongs with our reps, but y'all feel free to swing by to say hi in the meantime!

Roy and I both understand the importance of building strong relationships with our customers. I love that I already know so many of you and can't wait to meet the ones I don't. We deeply value your loyalty and trust. We really thank you for your patience as we shake the dust off and breathe fresh life into Cool Springs. It's no easy task and there is so much going on behind the scenes right now. To say blood, sweat, and tears are being poured out is an understatement.
